• Seneschal
  • Dreiburgen News is available, see me, anyone who wants it mailed, see me after the meeting.
  • There will be a scriptorium held at the home of Master James, call for directions, I have the phone number. It's here in Riverside.
  • Baronial council next month will be at Cabazon at the community center there, it will be on May 11,a Tuesday.
  • There are some demo's coming up, the 5/14 Gallavalley Dartmouth extravaganza.
  • I opened my big mouth again and am sub-autocrating Dreiburgen Summer Arts with her ladyship Thea, the Baronial A&S. We'll be sharing the day with the College. need ideas and help.
• Herald - Next Baronial Heraldry night will be May 17 at about 7pm at Lady Marie's.
• Marshal - Made a report on Crown tourney, there will not be any archery at this month's Canton Project Day, Lord Carolus will not be available that day.
• Arts and Sciences
  • The A&S officer showed off the latest banners, also the announcement from Heatherwine was shared, about competitions.
  • Also, there is now an active Scriptorium in Dreiburgen open to all interested in the Scribal arts at the home of Master James (Jimbear), for information, please call [phone number suppressed].
  • Also Madame Ghislaine would like to offer dance practice/lessons, and is looking for good dates for same, contact is the same as Jimbear.
• Chatelaine - Our Chatelaine received the new Chatelaine's handbook and met with the Kingdom Chatelaine.

• Anniversary Final costs for setting up the day are now in,
  • $218.00 for prizes,
  • $173.30 for the portapotties
  • $96.60 for straw, $61.00 returnable
  • $16.30 for water for fighters in lieu of the standard water bearer setups
  • $65.00 for insurance forms
  • $200.00 for the site
  • Total: $768.20
• After much discussion of budgets and planning, an additional $500.00 was authorized to cover the items not already covered (the site and insurance). HE Ulrike was asked to do a class for us on event planning and budgetting. The Canton faced the fact that the Van Avery Demo, our most lucrative activity may not happen this year, and that we are spending a lot of money in one place. The group accepted this.
• Van Avery Demo. We still don't know the final date yet. Hopefully June 5.

Old Business: None

New Business: The Canton, with Baroness Ulrike have taken on Baronial Anniversary in October. HE Ulrike shared her projections for the event. Lady Marie will be Troll deputy.
